Kate & Brian : Engagement {burlington, vt}

Oh, to be Christmas and in love!  It sounds almost too perfect, right?  But, you know, sometimes near perfection does exist.  Really.  We Two Housers had the opportunity to photograph Kate and Brian on a brisk (the only factor hindering said perfection), sparkly late afternoon wander down Church Street.  Now, the setting really does set the tone, and Church Street here in Burlington with its glittery lights, big Christmas tree and quaint little shops...all we were missing were some roasted chestnuts and hot toddys.  It really was nice.  But a setting can only get you so far.  Enter Kate and Brian, who, you can just tell, are meant to be together.  The ease at which they laughed and relaxed into each other made it our job easy.  And their comfort is no simple feat with two photographers snapping away at you like paparazzi.  Usually our engagement sessions are just one of us, but Kate and Brian got the full Two House crew. We did our best to keep it low key, taking turns...well, er, most of the time.  Both of us have a bit of an itchy trigger finger when it comes to willing and cooperative models. Not to mention smiling happy faces.  Comes from living in a house full of boys.  Having your subject sitting in one spot for more than 3 seconds is a dream. Thanks again guys. You look gorgeous! And good luck with the wedding planning....
